3 axis robot arms are applied to various types of horizontal injection molding machine, from 160 to 500Tons. It is suitable for all kinds of high-speed extraction, stacking, embedding, quality inspection (especially widely used in automobile and home appliance industry) and other applications. The three-axis linkage can simulate the manual extraction action, such as barb, bevel and other irregular extraction movements, so as to simplify the fixture production and reduce the cost of fixture. After install this robot, you can increase productivity by 10~30%, reduce defective rate, ensure safety of operators, reduce man power and accurately control the output to reduce waste.
● All 3 axis are driven by high performance AC servo motor.
● Both single arm and double arms are for your choice. The finished arm takes out the product and the nozzle. The material arm is used for the water inlet. he material arm can be driven by cylinder or servo motor.
● Double cut structure is used for the upper and lower arm, full stroke can be achieved by half stroke, which can shorten the robot vertical height, increase removal speed, applicable for low height workshop.
