Single axis robot arm are applied to various types of horizontal injection molding machine, from 160 to 500Tons. It’s applicable for quick removal and a variety of applications. According to different product requirements, the robot can cooperate with a variety of fixtures to achieve a stable and perfect action, with rapid picking products inside mold and slow placing products outside mold. After install this robot, you can increase productivity by 10~30%, reduce defective rate, ensure safety of operators , reduce man power and accurately control the output to reduce waste.
● The traverse movement is driven by high performance AC servo motor.
● Double cut structure is used for the upper and lower arm, full stroke can be achieved by half stroke, which can shorten the robot vertical height, increase removal speed, applicable for low height workshop.
